3. Using the Checking AI Service & Restrictions

When using the Checking AI™ Service, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, and you may only use the Checking AI™ Service for your own non-commercial, personal purposes. When using the Checking AI™ Service, you must not do, attempt to do, encourage, or assist others in doing any of the following:

1. Rent, lease, sell, distribute, offer in a service bureau, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Checking AI™ Service to any third party.

2. Access or use the Checking AI™ Service for purposes of performance benchmarking.

3. Access or use the Checking AI™ Service for purposes of building or marketing a competitive product or service.

4. Use the Checking AI™ Service to collect, store, or distribute any information about any other person.

5. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying models, structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Checking AI™ Service, except when these restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

6. Modify, adapt, translate, or create any derivative works of the Checking AI™ Service or merge the Checking AI™ Service into any other software.

4. Your User Content

The Checking AI™ Service generally allows you to submit textual content “Input” and receive rephrased textual content “Output” and the Output you receive may resemble the Output produced for other users of the Checking AI™ Service. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as giving you ownership of the Output generated for other users. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the Output will be entirely accurate or error-free. You are fully responsible for the use of the Output, which includes the responsibility of assuring its accuracy and suitability for your intended use.

5. Paid Services and Billing

Many features of the checkingai.net service are available free of charge. However, some advanced tools, features, or content may require a paid subscription (“Paid Service”). To access a Paid Service, you’ll need to create a user account (or log in to an existing one) and provide a valid payment method (“Payment Method”). By subscribing to a Paid Service, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service, along with any applicable taxes (collectively, the “Fees”). You also authorize us to charge your Payment Method for these Fees. If you purchase a subscription that renews automatically, you agree that unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will renew at the specified interval, and your Payment Method will be charged accordingly. We may occasionally update our pricing. If the cost of a Paid Service increases, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the new rate before any additional charges are applied.

6. Plan Renewal & Overlap Policy

If you purchase the On-the-Go plan while your current 24-hour access is still active, the new plan will reset your access window to a fresh 24-hour period starting from the most recent purchase time. Please note that access time is not cumulative — multiple purchases do not stack or extend the time beyond 24 hours from your latest successful payment.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may include links to or integrations with third-party tools, websites, or platforms (“Third-Party Services”). These services are not operated or controlled by checkingai.net, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or practices. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of use associated with any Third-Party Services before using them, as your interactions with those services are governed by their own policies—not ours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on checkingai.net are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without written permission.
